• Oversaw 18,000 sq. ft addition, relocating maintenance division into new building
• Managed the project from concept to completion

LED Lighting Retrofit

• Increased the lighting efficiency and reduced energy cost in 225,000 sq. ft building
• Replaced 600 T5 fluorescent fixtures with 5000k LED fixtures

• Stainless Steel Conduit Installation.
• Install new scanners along conveyor and labelers to better track the filling process.
• Control Panel Installation and wire terminations.

I-Line Installation

• New 400 Amp 480 Volt Service.
• Re-feed existing robots along the line.
• Install new paint filler and conveyor system (Electrical).
• Install Cable tray for high and low voltages and make all final terminations at control panels and local equipment.

Project Red Zone

• Installation of Plastibond Conduit.
• Installation of New Panels and Breakers.
• Installation of New I/O cabinet.
• Installation of receptacles and data for TV’s and iPads to monitor production.

Transformer and Terminations

• Install new Medium Voltage transformer.
• Provide assistance with testing of Medium Voltage Cables.

• Adjustments of 35KV air switches.

Check Weighers Line 1-3

Electrical, Low Voltage, Engineering

• Install new circuits and data for the operation of new check weigher units on the production lines.
• Assisting with the installation and power for conveyer systems.
• Engineering new programming to include new check weighers into existing system.

Wastewater Treatment Plant Load Study

• Setup and install recording meter.
• Retrieve recording meter.
• Provide report with recommendations for future allowable growth for the electrical system.

Machine Safety Systems

Electrical, Engineering

• Evaluated safety shutdown equipment for several machines to prevent unauthorized personnel access.
• Installed safety shutdown equipment.
• Tested safety shutdown equipment.

Extruder Programming and Startup

• Programmed Siemens PLC with Modbus TCP communications.
• Programmed Siemens HMI.
• Extensive troubleshooting required due to mechanical issues.

Packaging Line Startup Support

• Developed plan for a 180 degree rotation of three packaging machines.
• Corrected original design per PepsiCo request.
• Provided On-Site troubleshooting and placed the line in service.

Packaging Line Installation Support

• Assisted electricians in interpreting challenging drawings.

Copper Drawing Line

• Installed power feeder circuits.
